Airliner encountered unidentified fast-moving cylindrical object over New Mexico – – Feb. 21, 2021

An American Airlines flight travelling from Cincinnati to Phoenix on Sunday shared a bizarre close encounter with what its pilot described as a fast-moving, ‘long cylindrical object’.

The encounter, which occurred at 36,000 feet above the remote northeast corner of New Mexico, west of Des Moines yesterday, involved AA Flight 2292, an Airbus A320, according to THE DRIVE

In a radio transmission allegedly intercepted by Steve Douglass, who runs the Deep Black Horizon blog, the pilot can be heard telling Albuquerque Air Traffic Control: ‘Do you have any targets up here?  We just had something go right over the top of us.  I hate to say this but it looked like a long cylindrical object that almost looked like a cruise missile type of thing – moving really fast right over the top of us.’

The plane was said to be travelling at around 460 miles per hour at the time.

The incident is very similar to one that occurred in the same region almost exactly three years ago, which THE WAR ZONE was the first to report on.

During that event, a Learjet and an Airbus both had consecutive close encounters with an unidentified object that flew over the top of them while cruising at around 37,000 feet over eastern Arizona.  Later, the highly experienced Learjet pilot, which was flying for military contractor Phoenix Air, described to local news outlets just how strange the encounter was.  His description is somewhat similar to the one from another odd encounter we reported on that occurred off of Long Island.

The description of a missile-like object also fits with some of the documented encounters U.S. Navy fighter pilots had with anomalous objects off the eastern seaboard throughout the last decade.  THE WAR ZONE published official reports that we obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) as a result of our deeper investigation into seemingly unexplained encounters between U.S. Navy fighter crews and strange objects during that same period of time that mentions similar descriptions.

As to what the pilots aboard American Airlines Flight 2292 could have actually seen, we really cannot say at this time.  Many will point out that New Mexico is home to the sprawling White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) along with a bevy of other military facilities, installations, and restricted areas.  Still, the chances that a missile could have ‘gone off the reservation’ during a test or some other standard military explanation seems unlikely.

There are procedures in place for this sort of thing and pilots would have been alerted to the safety hazard.

Gigantic triangular craft reportedly seen in the past were not ours !!

These had nothing to do with the alleged TR-3B disinformation promoted by the late Edgar Fouche.

The U.S. Air Force, through out defense contractors, has never built any humongous triangular aircraft or boomerang-shaped craft  (such as three or four times the size of a football field)  that can hover absolutely silently or maneuver absolutely silently and as slow as 10 or 15 miles per hour in the sky.    Absolutely not.    It’s pure science fiction.

In fact there is not a single credible photo of any US-made humongous flying triangular craft so far.

IF THEY EXIST  (and there seem to have been many sighting reports)  THEY’RE NOT OURS.

IF NOT OURS, WHERE DO THEY COME FROM?

Unfortunately, we do not have the answer.   It’s for you to speculate.

In the early 1980s when the U.S. was testing prototypes of stealth aircraft, there were many reports of humongous flying triangular craft over the East coast, which had nothing to do with prototypes being tested by the U.S. Air Force.  And these had nothing to do with the alleged TR-3B disinformation promoted by the late Edgar Fouche.

The staggering differences in sizes  (as well as absolute silence)  are what we are talking about.

What was so strange about those sightings was that there has never been any single, credible, clear photographs of those gigantic objects.

Was this phenomenon some type of a paraphysically induced, projected imagery aimed at a “pre-selected” observer or a group of observers?

And, who were behind such orchestrations?  And, for what reasons?

Harvard astronomer says a possible alien “artifact” may have visited – – SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN, February 1, 2021

Not aliens themselves, but only a possible alien “artifact”.

Avi Loeb is no stranger to controversy.

The prolific Harvard University astrophysicist has produced pioneering and provocative research on black holes, gamma-ray bursts, the early universe and other standard topics of his field.

But for more than a decade he has also courted a more contentious subject – – namely, space aliens, including how to find them.

Until relatively recently, Loeb’s most high-profile work in that regard was his involvement with Breakthrough Starshot, a project funded by Silicon Valley billionaire Yuri Milner to send laser-boosted, gossamer-thin mirrorlike spacecraft called “light sails” on high-speed voyages to nearby stars.  All that began to change in late 2017, however, when astronomers around the world scrambled to study an enigmatic interstellar visitor – – the first ever seen – – that briefly came within range of their telescopes.

The object’s discoverers dubbed it ‘Oumuamua – – a Hawaiian term that roughly translates to “scout.”

The unavoidably cursory examinations of this celestial passerby showed it had several properties that defied easy natural explanation. ‘Oumuamua’s apparent shape – – which was like a 100-meter-long cigar or pancake – – did not closely resemble any known asteroid or comet.  Neither did its brightness, which revealed ‘Oumuamua was at least 10 times more reflective than one of our solar system’s typical space rocks – – shiny enough to suggest the gleam of burnished metal.

Most strangely, as it zoomed off after swooping by the sun, the object sped up faster than could be explained by our star’s waning gravitational grip alone.  Run-of-the-mill comets can exhibit similar accelerations because of the rocketlike effect of evaporating gases jetting from their sunlight-warmed icy surfaces.  But no signs of such jets were seen around ‘Oumuamua.

To Loeb, the most plausible explanation was as obvious as it was sensational:  taken together with its possibly pancakelike shape and high reflectivity, ‘Oumuamua’s anomalous acceleration made perfect sense if the object was in fact a light sail – – perhaps a derelict from some long-expired galactic culture.  Primed by years spent pondering how we might someday find evidence of cosmic civilizations in the sky’s depths, he became increasingly convinced that, with ‘Oumuamua, the evidence had instead found us.

In late 2018 Loeb and his co-author Shmuel Bialy, a Harvard postdoctoral fellow, published a paper in the Astrophysical Journal Letters arguing that ‘Oumuamua had been nothing less than humanity’s first contact with an artifact of extraterrestrial intelligence.

The paper has been a smash hit with journalists but has fallen flat with most of Loeb’s astrobiology-focused peers, who insist that, while strange, ‘Oumuamua’s properties still place it well within the realm of natural phenomena.  To claim otherwise, Loeb’s critics say, is cavalier at best and destructive at worst for the long struggle to remove the stigma of credulous UFO and alien-abduction reports from what should unquestionably be a legitimate field of scientific inquiry.

Loeb has now taken his case to the public with the book Extraterrestrial: The First Sign of Intelligent Life beyond Earth, which is just as much about the author’s life story as it is about ‘Oumuamua’s fundamental mysteries.  Scientific American spoke with Loeb about the book, his controversial hypothesis and why he believes science is in crisis.

Astonishing clouds of New Mexico, U.S.A. – – photos taken with my inexpensive pocket camera

(CLICK ABOVE FOR ENLARGEMENT – – Looking at the Sandia Mountains and Corrales in the distance, from Rio Rancho – – October 9, 2016, 6:30 p.m., temperature 16 degrees C,  62 degrees F .  By the way, this is my favorite spot, about a couple of blocks from our home.  All I can say is that I was just lucky, lucky, lucky – – as well as the guy standing in back of the bench.   And  I took this lucky shot with my inexpensive pocket camera, the only camera I own, besides my cellphone)

(CLICK ABOVE FOR ENLARGEMENT – – What’s interesting is that clouds change their shape, density and reflection of the sun within few minutes or even few seconds, so you have to take a picture quickly to get the view you want)

by Norio Hayakawa, resident of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, U.S.A.:

New Mexico, U.S.A., is truly a Land of Enchantment….in more ways than one.

The skies here in New Mexico are simply gorgeous.

Just looking at the beautiful clouds every day gives me so much peace and pleasure.

For the past few years I have begun to carry with me an inexpensive pocket camera at all times, just to see if I could snap a photo of interesting and beautiful clouds here.

I am not a professional photographer.  In fact, I don’t know much about photography or cameras, and I don’t even own an expensive camera.  The only camera I own  (besides my cellphone)  is an inexpensive pocket camera!!

All I know is how to put my inexpensive pocket camera into auto focus and just push the botton at the right moment – – LOL!!

Usually, gorgeous clouds appear around sunset or at dawn, reflecting the sun’s rays on the them.

But sometimes, amazing white cumulus clouds and other interesting clouds appear during broad daylight.

Well, pictures speak more than words.

So, please enjoy the following photos that I have taken:

(CLICK ABOVE FOR ENLARGEMENT – – taken on June 16, 2015 at 8:15 p.m. – – across from our house in Rio Rancho)

My dream is to catch a perfect lenticular cloud some day.

(CLICK ABOVE FOR ENLARGEMENT – – I love New Mexico – – so do “they” (by “they” I mean the clouds) – – at Cottonwood Mall in Albuquerque)

(CLICK ABOVE FOR ENLARGMENT – – I would call this “Fire in the sky”.  They’re simply amazing clouds – – they’re just spectacular. Taken at around 8:30 p.m., June 5, 2016, across our street in Rio Rancho)

(CLICK ABOVE FOR ENLARGEMENT – – I have no words to describe what I saw – – Taken with my cellphone at around 8:30 p.m., June 5, 2016, across our street in Rio Rancho)

THANKS FOR VIEWING MY PHOTOS!!

Amazing “UFO clouds” (lenticular clouds) of New Mexico, U.S.A.

(CLICK ABOVE FOR ENLARGEMENT – – photo taken by Benji Espinoza of Las Vegas, New Mexico on February 22, 2016)

This is why I love living here in New Mexico, U.S.A.  – – the abundance of amazing clouds that almost look like “UFOs”.

The above photo was taken by Benji Espinoza during the incident that took place on February 22, 2016 over the skies in Las Vegas, New Mexico.

Hundreds of residents witnessed the humongous lenticular cloud, or better yet, a “shelf-cloud” which is an intimidating, horizon-eating roller often attached to thunderstorms  (according to Jorge Torres of KOB-TV – Channel 4).

Many Las Vegas residents took photos that afternoon.

This one was taken by Devon Silva:

Also, on January 3, 2021, there was a mass “invasion” of “UFO clouds” (lenticular clouds) especially over Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas.
