Why can’t I see a UFO here in New Mexico, or anywhere else, for that matter?

Why can’t I see a UFO here in New Mexico, or anywhere else, for that matter?

I have lived in New Mexico continuously from 2008 till the present…and before, from 1965 to 1973.

So far I have never seen what I can definitely say is a UFO, even though I watch the skies almost every day and night…..absolutely none.

I even carry a pocket camera with me at all times…..and still haven’t seen a UFO.

And I am not talking about just some lights in the sky, which I see all the time and which, I am sure,  have prosaic explanations.

I am talking about the kind of sighting that my late beloved mother had in 1975:

My mother’s  ‘flying saucer’  sighting in 1975

This is why I feel that it’s the phenomenon itself  (“they”)  who control(s) the event and not us – – it’s the phenomenon  (“they”)  who pre-select(s) the observer(s), the location and time.

However, one time while living in Southern California, in 1993, around midnight, while standing right next to the fence of a Northrop radar cross section facility, a group of 5 of us did see what appeared to be 5 or 6 bright “incandescent” lights in a straight line  (just like a string-of-pearls)  in the sky above us, moving at a high rate of speed and absolutely silent, contracting and expanding  (just like an accordion)  as they flew towards Edwards Air Force Base.  Was it an after-effect of some kind of a pulse detonation engine of a secret aircraft?  I don’t know.

The only other time that I can say that I saw something that I couldn’t identify was around 1994 when I was walking on the Las Vegas strip at night, looking at the night sky. There was this strange rectangular object slowing moving high in the sky and I could see about 8 to 10 brilliant “balloons” moving inside the strange rectangular object.  I excitedly pointed it out to folks who were walking nearby but they weren’t interested.  I had no idea what they were.

Other than these, I have never seen what I consider to be a UFO.  And I have been involved with UFO research since around 1961, spending countless number of days and hours looking at the sky, both day and night, even telepathically asking for a sighting or a contact.

I actually spent more than 50 years of my life trying to look for a UFO or hoping for a UFO sighting anywhere.  But so far, nothing.

I have studied hundreds and hundreds of documents on UFOs, interviewed hundreds of people who had UFO sightings  (including many who claimed to have been abducted).

I have travelled far and wide, including Japan, Mexico, Chile and Argentina  (and even southern Europe)  hoping for a chance to sight a UFO.

Beginning around 1989, I spent many years investigating Area 51 in Nevada, accompanying TV crews and journalists.

Even now, I often visit the town of Dulce, New Mexico from time to time, since it is only about 3 hours away from where I live.   I have spoken with lots and lots of residents there who have told me that they have seen something.  But yet, I personally haven’t seen anything out of the ordinary in Dulce.

So far I have yet to see what I can definitely claim is a UFO.

I fully know that this is not about me.   Not at all.

I would do anything to be able to see a real UFO myself.

I would even pay anyone who can point out to me a real UFO.

Yet, all my efforts have been in vain.

Am I doing something wrong?

Is it because I am constantly carrying a pocket camera with me?

Or, is it because while acknowledging the reality of the UFO phenomenon, I am quite skeptical when it comes to “UFOs” as conclusive evidence of physical ET visitations in actual physical ET spacecraft?

UFOs – – physical extraterrestrial or paraphysical extra-dimensional?

UFOs – – physical extraterrestrial or paraphysical extra-dimensional?

It is a fact that I became convinced of the reality of the UFO phenomenon, when my skeptical mother had a fascinating sighting in 1975.

For me, this is very important since it involved my late beloved mother.

But does her experience represent conclusive evidence of physical  ET visitations on Earth? – – or, has the UFO phenomenon always been intentionally deceptive by design?

Contact between human percipients and the UFO phenomenon always seems to occur under conditions controlled by the latter, as Dr. Jacques Vallee mentioned in his outstanding book DIMENSIONS.

It seems to me that to a pre-selected observer or observers (possibly at a pre-selected location and time), the phenomenon appears to materialize and de-materialize at will, sometimes quickly but other times gradually, during the short period of time.

I now firmly believe that my mother’s sighting in 1975 similarly happened in that fashion, in her case, instantaneously.

Also, to some observers these “UFOs” seem to appear to be utilizing some type of a propulsion system as they seem to take off into the distant sky at an unimaginable rate of speed.  But could this be a deception?

But perhaps the biggest mystery to me is the phenomenon’s inability (as well as the purported occupants’ or the  entities’ inability) to survive in our physical dimension except for a very short period of time, i.e., for a few seconds or for a few minutes at a time or for a few hours at a time.

WATCH THIS TRAILER – – THE ALIEN INTRUSION, documentary movie to be released in U.S. theaters in January, 2018:

(typical “flying saucers” that you see in Science Fiction movies such as above)

There is no doubt in my mind that this lady in the video below (in England, in 1954) also saw exactly what she described she saw – – but did her sighting constitute absolute conclusive evidence of an actual physical ET visitation in a physical ET spacecraft?

Or was it deceptively “staged” by extradimensional tricksters?

“Her description of the occupants of the unusual craft with their long blonde hair and beautiful faces, matches that of  ‘The Space Brothers‘   –  beings who claimed to originate from the planet Venus, and who were  –  at that time, ( the 1950’s ) before the advent of  ‘the Grays‘  –  the most prevalent ‘aliens’ reported.   It should be noted that after the Soviet Venera satellites (launched in the early 1970’s) showed that conditions on Venus were  ‘hellish’  to say the least, it was reported that the ‘aliens’ claimed to originate from planets outside our solar system…according to later contactee reports.” – – courtesy of Bobby Sullivan:

How the U.S. lost its mind – – when did America become untethered from reality?

HOW THE U.S. LOST ITS MIND   – – – when did America become untethered from reality?

The nation’s current post-truth movement:

by Kurt Andersen, from THE ATLANTIC MAGAZINE, September 2017 issue:

In America nowadays, those more exciting parts of the Enlightenment idea have swamped the sober, rational, empirical parts.

Little by little for centuries, then more and more and faster and faster during the past half century, we Americans have given ourselves over to all kinds of magical thinking, anything-goes relativism, and belief in fanciful explanation – – small and large fantasies that console or thrill or terrify us.

And most of us haven’t realized how far-reaching our strange new normal has become, letting the subjective entirely override the objective; thinking and acting as if opinions and feelings are just as true as facts.

Digital technology is empowering real-seeming fictions of the ideological and religious and scientific kinds.

Among the web’s 1 billion sites, believers in anything and everything can find thousands of fellow fantasists, with collages of facts and “facts” to support them.

Before the internet, crackpots were mostly isolated, and surely had a harder time remaining convinced of their alternate realities.

Now their devoutly believed opinions are all over the airwaves and the web, just like actual news.

Now all of the fantasies look real.

An interesting letter from a former Special Education instructor, Dulce Independent School District, New Mexico

Most people, including myself, believe that so far there is not a single, credible, solid, physical, tangible (as well as documentary) evidence whatsoever that the Dulce underground base exists.

Despite the proliferation of such unfounded rumor (i.e., the alleged the existence of a U.S./alien-jointly operated underground bio-lab base under the Archuleta Mesa or under Mount Archuleta), I believe that Dulce is just a beautiful small community located in a picturesque surrounding, with a great and proud people of the Jicarilla Apache Nation.

But yet I still occasionally receive some interesting but disturbing letters, such as the following – –  this time, from an individual who claims to have been a Special Education instructor at Dulce Independent School District, New Mexico:

August 7, 2017:

Hello Mr. Hayakawa,

I am familiar with your work on Dulce and was able to find your email online.

I worked at Dulce Schools last winter and had some interesting experiences.

Those experiences included a teacher that I replaced that I do not believe was actually a teacher.

(To me, he seemed to act more like a military person than a school teacher.)

I also spoke with many people,  especially with a brother and sister who worked at the school.

Their family had been in Dulce for a long time.

They were also elders, indigenous and deeply caring about the little ones growing up in Dulce and attending the schools there.

I am still curious about Dulce and based on what I observed and experienced with students and the school,  I believe there is a military presence that is weird, convoluted and motivated to create confusion in the school, much more than is typical in New Mexico schools in general.

I live in Albuquerque and would love to share my observations and also ask a few questions.

I know that radiation is a huge issue in the area:  radiation and chemicals in the water, low fertility rates, thinning hair, health problems in very young people and also stuff with the kids that may be related to – – well I am not sure what, really.

I know that what I am saying may sound a bit out there but there are really strange things still going on in Dulce.

I saw lights with weird  movements in back of my school housing and also while driving between Pagosa Springs and Dulce.

What is most strange or weird to me is how many elements or disparate factors seem to work together to create a narrative that can be dismissed because it simply is too crazy.

I realize this sounds paranoid, conspiratorial especially because I have read and explored about the subject of Dulce and think there are a few in the schools and in the Tribal government who are complicit in covering up – – well I am not sure of what exactly.

But radiation impact on the Jicarilla Reservation is definitely part of it.

Thank you for reading this.

Thank you for the work you do.

-from  (name withheld),  Special Education Consultant

I also received the following testimony just last year from a member of the Jicarilla Apache Nation:

I am a member of The Jicarilla Apache Nation.
My father passed from a brain tumor in 06.
My Mother was just diagnosed on 1-13-17 with a brain tumor.
I honestly believe there are no coincidences here.
The radiation lingering effects are making my people sick with cancer.
I myself can’t have any children.
Please help.
I have contacted several attorneys who are Native American and specialize in Federal Indian Law.
No replies yet.”

Although this 1967 experiment was intended to ease the flow of natural gas in the surrounding areas, the after-effect of this test was not all positive.

Radiation slowly began to leak in the surrounding areas.

Hidden behind the veil of outlandish rumors about the so-called “alien” base, the reality of the matter may be that Dulce is pre-eminently about the lingering health issues affecting the community, i.e., the ongoing effects of radiation that leaked out in the neighboring areas from the 1967 Project Gasbuggy that took place just about 22 miles southwest of Dulce.

This may be the reason why the Dulce area has had a high rate of cancer and a high rate of infertility.

Is it also likely that the government conducted tests on radiation by selectively choosing particular cows in the Dulce area, beginning in the mid 1970s?

Did this type of research involve analyses of certain organs and tissues and did it also involve clandestine operations utilizing unmarked helicopters?

We just don’t know.

There is no conclusive evidence for it.

But the health-related issue must come out in the open.

Kenneth Arnold’s subsequent sightings made him change his views about flying saucers

by Phil Wright, EAST OREGONIAN – – June 25, 2017

Everybody knows about Kenneth Arnold‘s sighting that took place on June 24, 1947.

But few people know that Kenneth Arnold had subsequent UFO sightings and also investigated people who claimed that they had contact with aliens.

Arnold’s daughter Kim Arnold said her mother put her foot down and had her father stop because it cost too much money and took up too much time.

She said her father also believed he was supposed to talk about what he had seen and share it with other people, she said.

He decided to do speeches and sell a self-published booklet he called, “The Flying Saucer As I Saw It.”

“Government men”, she claims, immediately stopped the speeches.

She also said her father’s sighting on June 24, 1947 was the first of eight during his life.  While she has never seen one, she said people who have one sighting often end up seeing others.

“It just seems to kind of follow you,” she said.

A sighting he had with others from the ground in Idaho Falls also made news, and one of his sightings changed his perception of the objects.

He was flying over Susanville, California, when two saucers passed under his plane.

The first was “as solid as a Chevrolet car,” she said, but he saw pine trees through the center of the second.

She said her father compared that to jellyfish that appear solid one minute and transparent the next.

Her father concluded the saucers could change density.

“He never believed that the flying saucers were mechanical in any way at all,” she said, “but some kind of living organism.”

In his later years, she said her parents believed flying saucers were the connection between the living and the dead.

“It gave them hope of the reality of other dimensions,” Kim Arnold said, “and perhaps death was not the end but a new beginning that we live on into other worlds full of all kinds of activity”.

The racism behind alien mummy hoaxes

Pre-Columbian bodies are once again being used as evidence for extraterrestrial life

by Christopher Heany, THE ATLANTIC  – – August 1, 2017:

Peruvian archaeologists are tired of debunking claims of extraterrestrial influence on human history.

In 1968, Swiss author Erich von Däniken’s Chariots of the Gods? introduced the mainstream to the theory that the Nazca Lines, the massive geoglyphs in Southern Peru whose shapes are fully visible only from the air, were landing strips for “ancient astronauts.”

Archaeologists calmly disagree, positing that they were astronomical designs that turned the desert itself into an observatory, or counter constellations matching the dark spaces in the Milky Way, or, more abstractly, cosmological figures meant to be seen by skyward deities, of which ancient Peru had many.

2008’s Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull put a new spin on this old tale, including, for good measure, the large-skulled aliens that pepper North American abduction stories.

Now, Peruvian scientists are furious at a new and possibly pernicious permutation of the “ancient astronaut” theory.

A web series named UNEARTHING NAZCA purports to depict the investigation of a pre-Columbian and “humanoid” mummy.

Archaeologists, who have been denied access to the mummy, worry that it is as old as the series’ creators claim, but that it is actually indigenous and Andean – – a real human individual that has been mutilated to look like an alien.  They worry that UNEARTHING NAZCA is an archaeological snuff film in disguise.

The series’ success is also of concern.  Since the series’ launch in June by Gaia.com – – a website specializing in “conscious media, yoga, and more” – – the teaser episode of Unearthing Nazca has been viewed 2.35 million times on YouTube alone.

It starts with what at first seems to be a typical seated Peruvian mummy, arms wrapped around its knees, like a child waiting for its parent.

Its head is elongated like those of other pre-Columbian mummies, whose societies artificially shaped their children’s crania to achieve ideals of beauty or represent group belonging.

The resemblance ends there.

The video’s experts stop short of the A-word, letting a series of vest-wearing and white coat-clad “experts” claim that x-rays, CT scans, and DNA and carbon-14 tests of the mummy’s flesh reveal that this new “humanoid” or “organic creature,” whom they have dubbed “Maria,” is no fraud.  To learn more, viewers were initially encouraged to watch the rest of the investigation behind Gaia’s paywall.

The English- and Spanish-language tabloids and YouTube channels that cover the “discovery” reliably fill in the blanks, guarding journalistic integrity with scare quotes: “The ‘Alien’ Mummies of Nazca,” trumpeted The Sun in mid-July, when the mummy’s most prominent promoter, a Mexican “ufologist” and TV personality named Jaime Maussan, produced photographic and x-ray “proof” of at least four additional more “reptilian” “humanoid” bodies.

Because of course: What else could they be?

Human beings, and indigenous ones to boot.

In 2015, Maussan tried to promote a photographic slide from the late 1940s that, he hinted, depicted the corpse of an alien child found in the American Southwest.

More skeptical ufologists applied de-blurring technology to the “Roswell Slide” when it was released, and found that a previously undecipherable placard next to the body revealed that it was actually the mummy of a two-year-old Puebloan boy removed from the cliff dwellings of Mesa Verde in 1894.

Returned to a National Park museum in 1938, the boy was repatriated to a local tribe in 2015. Incredibly, Maussan then offered $10,000 for information that might permit the Puebloan boy’s “location and recuperation.”

This inclusion of pre-Columbian Peruvians in science’s supposed cover-up of extraterrestrials echoes the previous collection and study of the indigenous dead.

In the 19th century, Anglo-American and European craniologists and scholars who came upon artificially molded skulls in Peruvian tombs hypothesized that they were either the undeformed remnants of a lost and civilized people they named the “Ancient Peruvians,” or artificial deformations of later peoples inspired by those Ancient Peruvians’ natural forms.

Archaeologists came to realize that “deformed” Peruvian skulls were bound and shaped from infancy, when cranial bones weren’t yet fused – – with no change to cranial capacity and, judging from the monumental societies their elites achieved, without handicap to cognitive ability.

But ufology’s rise after the “Roswell incident” of 1947 has resurrected the search for secret ancestors – – and its less responsible practitioners have re-enlisted ancient Peruvian skulls as evidence of the presence of large-skulled “Gray Aliens.”

They speculate that Peru’s greatest pre-Columbian achievements – – including Machu Picchu, according to a theory aired on the History Channel program ANCIENT ALIENS  – – are literally out of this world, the product of a superior, extraterrestrial “race” or their borrowed technology.
