Why the U.S. government and the military will never disclose the true nature of the UFO phenomenon

by Norio Hayakawa:

I am in total agreement with Col. John Alexander that there has never been any intentional cover-up of the UFO phenomenon by the United States government.

The U.S. government has never directly, officially or publicly admitted the existence of UFOs  (as specifically “alien spacecraft“)  yet, even though time and time again we hear the usual speculations that it will.

Even though the UFO phenomenon seems to exist, it has not proven itself to be absolute, tangible evidence that we have been visited by actual physical extraterrestrial biological entities in any actual physical spacecraft of any kind.

The government itself  (including the military)  has always been perplexed by this enigmatic and deceptive phenomenon, being unable to come up with any conclusions, mainly for the reason that this phenomenon in essence seems to be “paranormal”  (or better yet, “paraphysical” in nature, and being unable to explain by our contemporary science.

It was only towards the end of 2019 that some officials in the Pentagon indirectly suggested that more research into what it aptly described as UAP  (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena – – not “UFOs”)  may be a worthwhile endeavor.

I personally think that we should now take an alternative look at this phenomenon.

It seems to me that there are those in the elitist sector of the government and the military who espouse the belief  (the belief that I personally also espouse)  that the UFO phenomenon “appears to be a paraphysical intrusion into our physical dimension by an unknown intelligence or unknown sentient extradimensional entities, paraphysically materializing themselves and presenting to the observers as a physical extraterrestrial phenomenon and visitation.”

They seem to be convinced that these entities with their craft seem to be able to achieve movements that defy our current laws of physics, and can temporarily affect our physical parameters, such as their ability to appear on our radar systems.

These elitist officials also seem to be convinced that the phenomenon is able to “materialize and de-materialize at will” and is even capable of “transmogrifying” itself into any shape or form  (as in the words of the late John A. Keel).

They also seem to be aware that the phenomenon does not seem to be able to survive in our physical dimension except for a few seconds or a few minutes at a time.

This is why, as stated in the beginning, there has never been any intentional cover-up of the UFO phenomenon by the U.S. government, even though the phenomenon itself seems to exist.

As I stated earlier, the government itself  (including the military)  has always been perplexed by this enigmatic and deceptive phenomenon, being unable to come up with any conclusions, mainly for the reason that this phenomenon in essence seems to be “paranormal”  (or better yet, paraphysical in nature.

It is therefore quite understandable that the government is incapable and unwilling to deal with this phenomenon and rightfully refuses to explain things of this nature, bordering on “religious” beliefs.

The military, however, seems to have taken advantage of such assumptions  (made by some in the government and the military that UFOs are extraterrestrial)  and continues to develop various weapons systems as a cogent reason to emulate such technologies emanating from the reported phenomenon, taking advantage of its psychological implications.

As I stated above, the bottom line here is that even though the UFO phenomenon seems to exist, it has not proven itself to be absolute, tangible evidence that we have been visited by actual physical extraterrestrial biological entities in any actual physical spacecraft of any kind.  The term “UFOs” is misleading since we still do not know if they are really objects or if they are actually flying as we understand flying to be  (as through the use of a propulsion system),  as often mentioned by Dr.  Jacques Vallee.

Some in the top echelon of the government  (and the military)  seem to believe that the UFO phenomenon may even be “demonic” in origin, a “diabolical” contraption perpetrated by deceptive paraphysical entities playing tricks with the human mind.  Quite a number of government and military officials who espouse this theory seem to exist especially among those with conservative, Evangelical Christian persuasions.

(The word “demonic” is a highly controversial word,  often misinterpreted in so many ways.  The meaning of this word used by Jacques Vallee or John A. Keel may not necessarily be exactly the same as when used by so-called Fundamentalist Christians.)

Here is a fascinating quote from Dr. Jacque Vallee:

“Human beings are under the control of a strange force that bends them in absurd ways, forcing them to play a role in a bizarre game of deception”.

By the way, a recent interview with Japer Hamill of Britain’s METRO revealed that:

(QUOTE)

“UFO investigations carried out by the Pentagon and British Ministry of Defence were hampered by the religious beliefs of senior staff, former employees have revealed.  Two men who worked on secret UFO programs on both sides of the Atlantic said their work received ‘pushback’ from high-ranking officials who feared fast-moving objects glimpsed in our skies were either ‘demonic’ or divine.

Luis Elizondo, who claimed to have headed up the US Defense Intelligence Agency’s secret Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), spoke out about his work in a New York Times article last year.  Footage of an encounter between an F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter jet and an oval-shaped object with no exhaust, wings or tail travelling at incredible speeds was later released to illustrate the sort of sightings investigated by the AATIP.

The project shut down in 2012 after allegedly amassing information on other aircraft which appeared to move extremely quickly without seeming to have any visible form of propulsion such as a jet engine – or hover in the air without techniques of generating ‘lift’ such as rotor blades.

This investigation was contracted out to BIGELOW AEROSPACE, whose founder (Robert Bigelow) once told CBS 60 Minutes he was ‘absolutely convinced’ that aliens are real and that our planet has been visited by UFOs.  Officially, this project was shut down so the cash could be ploughed into other projects.

But Elizondo who claimed to have been a former intelligence officer who ran AATIP, has told LAS VEGAS NOW that his study also received ‘pushback’ from The Pentagon because some top-ranking officials ‘opposed it on religious grounds’.

Nick Pope, a former UFO investigator for the Ministry of Defence, told us that he encountered the same sort of attitude when working in the UK.  “I was aware that Pentagon pushback on UFO research was in part due to the religious belief of some of those involved,” he said.  “It was an odd irony that UFO investigations were being hampered because some people’s belief in God meant that they either didn’t believe in the existence of extraterrestrial life or that they regarded UFOs and extraterrestrials as demonic.”

The fact that some people regard UFOs as demonic seems to have its roots in the biblical description of Satan as being  ‘the prince of the power of the air’  from Ephesians 2:2”:

Luis Elizondo says that he came up against religious pushback from senior staff when he ran the Pentagon’s UFO program, and said “I saw some evidence of this at the MoD too”.

(UNQUOTE)

Some officials also seem to bring up Revelation 12:4, which some say suggests that Eons ago, one third of all cosmic, sentient, paraphysical angelic entities were thrown out of their special domain by the Creator for participating in a cosmic-shaking revolt led by Lucifer who became Satan, and his followers “fallen angels”………..many biblical scholars seem to support this interpretation.

On the other hand, there are others in the government and the military who do not hold this kind of view.

Therein lie the division and the wide gap that exist within the government elitists.

This may be the reason why the government cannot and will not openly disclose the true nature of the UFO phenomenon.

Finally, here is my favorite quote from Nicola Tesla:

Pentagon’s now-defunct UFO “investigation” program, AATIP, may have been a total sham!

by Robert Sheaffer, January 20, 2019:

https://badufos.blogspot.com/2019/01/we-learn-more-about-aatip-and-its.html

(QUOTE)

Australian Keith Basterfield has now given us a closer look at a briefing document prepared by AATIP, the Pentagon’s now-defunct UFO investigation program set up by Senator Harry Reid, and apparently for the benefit of Robert Bigelow (and using our hard-earned tax dollars).

CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO SEE THE BRIEFING DOCUMENT:

THE BRIEFING DOCUMENT

These documents appear to have been leaked from “a certain US website maintained by a team member of the TO THE STARS ACADEMY (TTSA)” (other sources name this person as Chris Mellon).

The most interesting slide is this one.  It shows that AATIP was firmly planted in the zone of fantasy science, not the real world.

So, AATIP says that “the science exists” for “Psychotronic weapons,” that we need to defend ourselves against.  One website describes “Psychotronic weapons” as any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person  (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)  through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations or the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations.

The silver lining is that “psychotronic weapons” have not been shown to exist.

Their use has been alleged  (for example, against U.S. diplomats in Havana),  but such allegations have never been proved.  Conspiracy-oriented websites are filled with accounts of supposed government “mind control,” and the best defense against “psychotronic weapons” is apparently a tinfoil hat.

(*by the way, directed energy weapons systems being developed by the Air Force Research Laboratory and others are not in this category – – they are not “psychotronic weapons”)

AATIP is convinced that psychotronic weapons do exist, or could be developed, and they want more money to work on this.

(ABOVE – – Luis Elizondo allegedly was the head of AATIP)

(UNQUOTE)

Thank God that AATIP  (that used our hard-earned tax dollars) is now a defunct program!!

Luis Elizondo, a UFO “expert” who says he worked for an obscure Pentagon program – – did he?

Luis Elizondo, former DIA employee and another “supposed” government authority on UFOs

May 20, 2021

A quote from commentator Luis Martinez:

I’ve been on this topic since I was a teenager, read every book on the topic.

Ever since Luis Elizondo‘s name popped up a couple of years ago I have been searching the web for his bio or resume, no luck. He’s introduced as an “military intelligence expert” on TV with his little green baseball cap.  I want to know if he even was a commissioned officer.  We are expected to believe that the person given access to the Nation’s most important secret (Alien life forms visiting Earth) was not a GS 15 level scientist with degrees up the wazoo???  Or a general officer??  I smell BS.

Until Elizondo comes forward and tells us who he is, frankly, I place him on the same category as Bob Lazar and Giorgio Tsoukalos….

Luis, please prove me wrong. I want to believe…

Another comment from TollSeven:

What Luis DOESN’T disclose is that he is a major shareholder in several new aerospace ventures.  Luis has done all he can to publicly associate the names of these ventures with the US Gov AATIP program.

by Keith Kloor, June 1, 2019 – – THE INTERCEPT

https://theintercept.com/2019/06/01/ufo-unidentified-history-channel-luis-elizondo-pentagon/

(QUOTE)

One of the first images in the opening episode of HISTORY CHANNEL show “Unidentified – – Inside America’s UFO Investigation” is a 2017 headline from the New York Times projected on a flickering screen: “Glowing Auras and ‘Black Money’ – – The Pentagon’s Mysterious UFO Program.”

It’s the story that launched Luis Elizondo into the public eye, the article that “shocked the world,” the narrator of “Unidentified” declares, before continuing, “A clandestine U.S. government program had been investigating UFOs.  For eight years, the secret program was run by this man, Luis Elizondo.”  The camera then pans to a visual of the former military intelligence case officer in a darkened house peering out warily through half-drawn window shades.

It’s an odd scene.  Is Elizondo on the lookout for aliens or a bad guy from his old spook life?  Either way, the HISTORY CHANNEL show, which was being promoted as “groundbreaking nonfiction,” goes on to follow Elizondo as he re-investigates strange UFO incidents he says he learned of when he was at the Pentagon running the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, known as AATIP

There is one crucial detail missing from “Unidentified,” as well as from all the many stories that have quoted Elizondo since he outed himself nearly two years ago to a wide-eyed news media:

There is no discernible evidence that he ever worked for a government UFO program, much less led one.

Yes, AATIP existed, and it “did pursue research and investigation into unidentified aerial phenomena,” Pentagon spokesperson Christopher Sherwood told me.  However, he added: “Mr. Elizondo had no responsibilities with regard to the AATIP program while he worked in OUSDI  (the Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence),  up until the time he resigned effective 10/4/2017.”

That directly contradicts an email sent by a spokesperson for TO THE STARS ACADEMY OF ARTS & SCIENCE, a UFO research and entertainment company that Elizondo joined after he left the Defense Department.

Once again, there is no discernible evidence that Luis Elizondo ever worked for a government UFO program, much less led one.

Moreover, a briefing document prepared by AATIP, the Pentagon’s now-defunct UFO investigation program set up by Senator Harry Reid, and apparently for the benefit of Robert Bigelow (and using our hard-earned tax dollars), may have been a total sham.  It was allegedly led by Luis Elizondo.

By the way, click and read about:

AATIP – – AN OBSCURE PROGRAM FILLED WITH PSEUDOSCIENCE AND BS

(ABOVE – – Luis Elizondo and Rock musician Tom DeLonge, establisher of TO THE STARS ACADEMY OF ARTS AND SCIENCE, primarily an entertainment company, promoting belief in UFOs)

DeLonge, a musician of Blink-182 fame and longtime UFO enthusiast, is the co-founder and interim CEO of TO THE STARS, the company Elizondo joined in October 2017, several days after he resigned from the Department of Defense.  Since the company’s inception, certain members of its “elite team,” including Elizondo, have appeared frequently in the news media.

“We know that UFOs exist,” Chris Mellon, a deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence in the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations, pronounced on the show.  “This is no longer an issue.  The issue is why are they here?  Where are they coming from?  And what is the technology behind these devices that we are observing?”

Mellon, like Elizondo, works for TO THE STARS  (his title, according to the company’s website, is national security affairs adviser).  “Fox & Friends” neglected to mention this connection, along with the fact that the HISTORY CHANNEL show was made by the company Elizondo and Mellon work for.

“Pentagon spokeswoman Dana White confirmed to POLITICO that the program existed and was run by Elizondo,” Bryan Bender wrote in December 2017.  (Earlier this year, White, a Trump administration political appointee, resigned amid an internal probe into charges of misconduct.)

But Pentagon spokesperson Christopher Sherwood told me that he “cannot confirm” White’s statement.

As it happens, Bender, who is POLITICO’s defense editor, had a recurring role in the first episode of “Unidentified.”  He appeared on camera numerous times as a kind of authoritative character witness for Elizondo, Mellon, and their UFO investigations.

Some dubious, unofficial documents leaked out to George Knapp, a credulous Las Vegas TV journalist who, for decades, has been a fixture in the UFO media orbit.  Knapp has been a vocal defender of Elizondo and DeLonge for the past two years, pushing back on critics who have raised thorny questions about TO THE STARS.  Knapp also purchased stock in the company, something he has not always revealed to readers and viewers in his reporting.

(New York Times Magazine writer Mark Jacobson once aptly described George Knapp as a “debonair raconteur“)*

“Knapp’s an  ‘investigative reporter’  when it suits him, but a shill for frauds and charlatans like Lazar, Lear, and Elizondo when there is a buck to be made.” – – a quote from Duke in Dreamland Resort

In an email to The Intercept, Knapp acknowledged buying 400 shares of the academy’s stock in 2018, “not as an investment, but as a way to support their fledgling company and their work.”  He wrote that he had “made that information public” and “informed” his employer” at KLAS-TV in Las Vegas.  Knapp also said that he put the shares in a trust that “would be donated to a charity.”  He believes that transaction has been completed and that he now owns “zero stock” in the company, he wrote.

As it happens, Knapp also appeared in the first episode of “Unidentified,” lauding DeLonge for his “unprecedented” efforts in advancing the UFO issue.

I mentioned Kari DeLonge’s response — about Elizondo having taken over AATIP and run it “out of the Office for the Secretary of Defense (OSD) under the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (USDI)” — to Sherwood, the Pentagon spokesperson who had told me unequivocally that Elizondo “had no responsibilities with regard to the AATIP program while he worked in OUSDI.”

The documents he has provided include recent annual Defense Department performance evaluations and his October 4, 2017 resignation letter to then-Defense Secretary James Mattis, which bears the apparent seal of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense. In the letter, Elizondo alludes to internal opposition at the Pentagon to investigate UFOs that he wrote had menaced Navy Pilots and posed an “existential threat to our national security.”  He was leaving, he strongly implied in his letter, because the Pentagon wasn’t taking that threat seriously.

The letter does not mention AATIP or Elizondo’s role as its director.

Fallen angels – – who are they? – – are they here now?

Jude 1: 6 – – “angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation……”

Here is a brief description, provided by BIBLEREF:

(QUOTE)

In this verse Jude refers to angels that rebelled against God’s authority

They are charged with leaving their assigned role and leaving heaven.

This statement may refer to the rebellion in heaven that Satan led against God in the dawn of human history (Isaiah 14:12–21; Ezekiel 28:12–19).

He led as many as one third of the angels from their abode in heaven.

Apparently, Satan and these angels were not content with the positions of authority God had assigned to them.

They wanted greater authority and therefore rebelled against God.

According to some interpreters, certain rebellious angels, called “sons of God” in Genesis 6:2, cohabited with “the daughters of man” (Genesis 6:1–4).

Apparently as a result of this union, Nephilim, also translated as “fallen ones,” or “giants” in English Bibles, appeared on earth.

Jude’s reference to the rebellious angels may point to some other event known to Jude’s readers, based on their familiarity with the non-biblical writings of Enoch.

This book describes several instances of God’s judgment against the fallen angels.

At any rate, so far as Jude is using their example here, God punished those spiritual beings.

He chained them in a place of darkness, where they await sentencing (2 Peter 2:4), likely when Satan is consigned to eternal punishment in the lake of burning sulfur (Revelation 20:7–10).

Are “aliens” physical visitors from physical outer space? – – or, are they extradimensional tricksters of old?

ARE THEY PHYSICAL EXTRATERRESTRIALS?   –  OR, DECEPTIVE “EXTRADIMENSIONALS”?

IS THIS WHY THE GOVERNMENT IS RELUCTANT TO DEAL WITH UFO “DISCLOSURE”?

by Norio Hayakawa:

It is a well-known fact that John A. Keel and Jacques Vallee were two of the first big name researchers who had departed from the physical Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH) of the origins of UFOs and the UFO phenomenon.

Although it is still considered to be a minority view in the field of Ufology, quite a number of researchers followed suit, including J. Allen Hynek, Arthur C. Clarke, Whitley Strieber, John Mack, Karla Turner, Guy Malone, Joseph G. Jordan, L.A. Marzulli and Nick Redfern, just to name a few.

Many of them seem to have gone from ETH to the “Fallen” and “Malevolent”.

They seem to have concluded that UFOs are extra-dimensional and not from physical outer space.

I totally agree with them.

Could this be the reason why the government is reluctant to deal with UFO “disclosure”?

The U.S. government has never directly, officially or publicly admitted the existence of UFOs  (as specifically “alien spacecraft”) yet, even though time and time again we hear the usual speculations that it will.

Even though the UFO phenomenon seems to exist, it has not proven itself to be absolute, tangible evidence that we have been visited by actual physical extraterrestrial biological entities in any actual physical spacecraft of any kind.

The government itself  (including the military)  has always been perplexed by this enigmatic and deceptive phenomenon, being unable to come up with any conclusions, mainly for the reason that this phenomenon in essence seems to be “paranormal”  (or better yet, “paraphysical”)  in nature, and being unable to explain by our contemporary science.

Since the late 1970s, I, too, have maintained  (and will continue to maintain)  my opinion that we have never been visited by physical ETs in their physical spacecraft.

In fact, science has yet to prove that UFOs represent any conclusive evidence whatsoever of physical ET visitations.

The reality, in my opinion, is that “they” are deceptive, manipulative and malevolent entities from another dimension, deceiving us by paraphysically materializing and “posing” as “ETs” from highly advanced civilizations from physical outer space.

Please click the following link and read:

WHY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT AND THE MILITARY WILL NEVER DISCLOSE THE TRUE NATURE OF THE UFO PHENOMENON

This does not mean that “benevolent” ones do not exist.

In fact, it is my belief that the “benevolent” ones not only exist but they are in the majority, i.e., with the ratio of 2 to 1 against the “malevolent” ones.   (i.e., for every “malevolent” one, there are two “benevolent” ones).

(Eons ago, one third of all cosmic, sentient, paraphysical angelic entities were thrown out of their special domain by the Creator for participating in a cosmic-shaking revolt led by Lucifer who became Satan, and his followers “fallen angels”  – – as suggested in Revelation 12:4 – – many biblical scholars seem to support this interpretation)

Here is a specific item on fallen angels, referred to in Jude 1:6  (the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation):

In this verse Jude refers to angels that rebelled against God’s authority.

Perhaps the “benevolent” ones are doing good works without being seen by most of us.  Many Christians seem to regard them as “guardian angels“.   But the ones that are “making noise”, deceiving people and causing “confusion” are certainly not the “benevolent” ones.

Tom Farmer, a researcher, stated:

“John A. Keel pointed out 50+ years ago that UFOs come in too many form factors, “crash” too often and spout too much nonsense to contactees to be nuts-and-bolts spacecraft crewed by explorers from afar.

They are a current-frame-of-reference manifestations of a trickster intelligence that has always been with us.”

HERE ARE MY COMMENTS:

The UFO phenomenon appears to be able to paraphysically materialize and de-materialize at will, at least to the perception of the observer.

But more significant is its apparent inability to stay in our dimensional realm except for a few moments at a time, or only for a short period of time.

As Dr. Jacques Vallee suggested quite often, “UFOs” may not necessarily be objects nor are they “flying” as we understand “flying” by the use of any propulsion system.

Yet they are even said to be able to affect our physical parameters (such as radar, etc.)

It seems to me that in many cases a “UFO”, after making an initial appearance to what I call a “pre-selected” observer (or observers), simply appears to take off at a tremendous speed and disappear into the distance as if utilizing some form of advanced propulsion system.

But could this be a deception?

In other cases, “UFOs” seem to simply hover or “float” (again, as if they’re utilizing some form of a propulsion system capable of “floating”) before taking off or even de-materializing.

But again, could this be a deception?

I believe it is.
